For pancakes: Combine 1 cup mix with 2 tablespoons melted butter, 3/4 cup milk, and 1 lightly beaten egg. Cook on a preheated griddle until golden.
For waffles: Combine 1 cup mix with 2 tablespoons melted butter, 3/4 cup water, and 1 lightly beaten egg. Cook in a preheated waffle iron.
